Mande Padilla

Mande started her career with Grace Neal fourteen years ago as an Assistant Teacher. Over the years, she has dedicated her love, time, and incredible abilities to serving the children and families in the Kingman community. What started off as a means for providing for her family and having the ability to be close to her own wonderful children has blossomed into her continued commitment of providing a fun, safe, and engaging environment at Grace Neal. 

Mande has been happily married to her husband, Steve, for twenty-one years. They have three children: Coleton, Codey, and Caidyn. When Mande isn't at the preschool playing with your kids, you can find her cheering on her own at the ballpark. 

She holds an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development and participates in continuing educational opportunities. That way, she can guarantee your children are receiving the absolute best learning experience a school can provide here in Kingman.
