
Trudy Mixon; Director of Grace Neal Preschool for 20 years was voted Educator of the Year for 2017 by the Kingman Daily Miner Awards. Grace Neal Preschool has been awarded Best Daycare for 2013, 2014, 2017 and 2018. Un der her directorship, the preschool expanded the program to include infants, toddlers and afterschool care. The Child and Adult Food Program was added as well and the center serves lunches and snacks at no additional cost. She has an AA in Early Childhood Education and has worked professionally with children for 29 years. Volunteering with St. Johns Children's Church is one of the many ways she enjoys helping out. Trudy is married with 2 grown sons and 4 grandchildren.

Born and raised in the Los Angeles area moving to Salt Lake City in 1990.
Later moved to Kingman from Salt Lake City in 2007.
Has been a member of the St. John’s UMC Church Family since 2010.
Has been married to her husband Bryan since 1991 and
they have one Adult daughter – Andrea who is currently a student at the University of Utah
